What changed
On October 15, 2026, ClaudeDevs posted that Code Review is generally available for Claude Team and Enterprise plans. The post says reviews are now faster and catch more of the bugs that matter, and that admins can pick Quick, Standard, or Deep for each repository. The post names no sample, baseline, or measured comparison.
The Claude Code changelog, checked on October 16, 2026, does not state that availability, name those plans, or define the three levels. Those notes describe Code Review on repositories connected through GitHub. The Code Review check on a pull request shows the review's result once the review finishes. The monthly spend-limit comment and the check-run card, the review's status card, now link the Usage page, where that limit is set. The Add a repository dialog lists each repository that could not be added and why, such as missing GitHub write access. Comments of @claude review from people with write access whose GitHub organization membership is private had been ignored; they now start a review.
The October 16 changelog describes /code-review at medium effort and does not identify that behavior as Quick, Standard, or Deep. At medium effort, /code-review also reports cleanup and CLAUDE.md conventions findings on models without tuned review settings, including Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5.
Who it is for
ClaudeDevs says general availability applies to Claude Team and Enterprise plans. The changelog describes the person adding a repository, and people with GitHub write access whose @claude review comments start a review.
The Add a repository dialog lists each repository that could not be added and why. Missing GitHub write access is one reason it can give. The note gives that reason and does not name the account that lacks access. A person with write access starts a review by commenting @claude review, including a person whose GitHub organization membership is private. Code Review had been ignoring those private-membership comments.
Quick, Standard, and Deep
The October 15 post names the three levels and the per-repository choice. It gives no price, usage cap, or account of what Quick, Standard, and Deep each review. The post and the changelog notes checked on October 16, 2026, give no settings path or command for turning a level on.
What is still unclear
The changelog says the monthly spend limit is set on the Usage page and gives no amount. It does not connect that limit to Quick, Standard, or Deep.
